End of tenancy carpet cleaning the easy way

End of Tenancy carpet Cleaning stamford

I had a busy day yesterday doing three end of tenancy cleans for customers moving to new homes, in the case of Mr Holmes from Melton all the way to Australia.

In each case the carpets are looking great and for Mr Brown of Langham I even managed to get out some stains that the previous carpet cleaner couldn’t.

The important thing is that in each case the carpets have been approved by the letting agent and the customers deposit returned.

I recently read a post from a local carpet cleaner who was pleased that they had successfully argued with a letting agent for the return of the customers deposit after it had initially been withheld. That is not something that I have ever needed to do as I clean the carpets right first time, every time.

So if you want a local carpet cleaning company to do a less than satisfactory job and then end up arguing with your letting agent there are other companies out there. If on the other hand you want the carpets cleaning and your deposit returned with no hassle then you should call The Rutland Cleaning Company – end of tenancy carpet cleaning the easy way

12 Stage Cleaning Process

  1. Pre-clean inspection to establish carpet construction.
  2. Identify areas of concern including spots, stains, heavy soiling or issues over the fitting of the carpet.
  3. Fibre test to establish the pile fibre to ensure that the correct cleaning solution and technique is employed.
  4. Removal of furniture and preparation of the room for cleaning.
  5. Thorough vacuum of the room using our Sebo professional upright cleaner. This vital step can remove up to 80% of dry soiling from the carpet.
  6. Treatment of any spots of stains identified during the earlier inspection using our ‘spotting’ kit containing over 15 specialised products to deal with all eventualities.
  7. Pre-spray of the carpet using our selected detergent free cleaning solution.
  8. Agitation. This is a vital part of the process as it ensures that the cleaning solution is distributed evenly throughout the carpet fibres to ensure a deep clean. We have a number of machines available to perform this task dependant on carpet type including rotary, oscillating and heavyweight CRB machines.
  9. We then rinse out the solutions using only fresh water and extract using the powerful twin vacuums of our Jaguar 6.6 machine, the most powerful portable extraction machine available , to ensure that your carpets are as dry as possible.
  10. We then assist the drying process with the use of our ‘whole room’ dryers which assist in circulating the air, noticeably speeding up the drying process.
  11. We then replace all you furniture, and where necessary place them on plastic pads to ensure there is no transfer between the carpet and your furniture.
  12. Finally we groom the carpet pile to ensure a uniform appearance and to further aid drying.
