Just got back from cleaning a couple of sofas and a window seat for Mrs.B. in Wymondham. These raised an interesting point. The label said ‘do not wash’, and yet the sofas were fine to be cleaned using our low moisture Sapphire hand tool. The reason for this is that whilst it uses water under pressure, normally 200psi, it carefully controls the flow so that only the face fibres of the fabric are wet , sufficient to rinse out the cleaning solutions and the soil they have freed up.
